Now in color :3. I forgot to mention last time that the reason why they're labeled as type II, is because this is the second type of Tethican that Earth Military (EUGAD) encountered.

New Tethican alien race introduced. A representation of TYPE II male and female Tethicans. Their skin is dark blue black, their fur ranges from silver to white and sometimes red, and their marking are comprised of composite chlorophyll and skin pigment (like Ruga and Loki's markings) but they have red natural coloration on their faces. Male colors and markings are much more prominent and vibrant. Type I and Type II are not friendly with one another and the type II are more hostile. Ruga and Loki are type I. There "were" a total of 5 types.
Also, as Tethicans (all tailed type that is) get older, the males tails will thicken and lengthen, and they will gain more up to 4 eruopods #extra leaf shaped tail pads# where as females only gain 2, and completely lack toxic dermal denticles (poison spines) on the bottom sides of their Telsons #largest tail pad) and the warning color language on the top side like the males have. Type two have evolved similar to type I, with Müllerian mimicry. Both are toxic and have developed similar warning colors but are different. If you think of humans evolving from apes, Tethicans then would have evolved from monkeys and kept their tails. Anything else you want to know about Tethicans feel free to ask.
All Tethican alien types and the story of Galaxy Magnolia belong to me Rheann Kester aka Hearken Stern aka
axolotl-mafia. That means no touchy CISPA you vulgar lump of excrement.
I took the warning mature label off because I think that the female is covered up enough that you can't really see anything. It's basically like a space bikini.

Males are toxic and larger, built for fighting or labor, where as females are not toxic. Example of what the underside of the males Telson looks like - http://www.furaffinity.net/view/7724616/ females lack the dermal denticles (spines) entirely.
I wouldn't say that the male Tethicans are better adapted. I would say that they've simply taken on a different role than the females would typically serve. This is quite common in nature actually with most species on our own world, especially with humans, so, it makes sense. Tethicans after all, are just another species of hominoid-like beings.
