Cobalt Kimera, in his newly redesigned base form, shows off one of his many magical tools: pencils that manipulate reality. Right now he's just drawing lines in thin air, but if he were to, say, draw you in his sketch pad with long horns, you would actually grow them.

In fact, that's not sounding like such a bad idea. And you wouldn't mind a goatee to go with them, right?
