I play D&D with my little nephews and we've played the classic adventures: The sinister secret of Saltmarch and he is the boss of the contraband ring. To make it short, he escapes the players but one of the players adopt his parrot. But his parrot is a Wyvern and it can transform back to original form with a magic command from Sanbalet. Thanks to his wyvern, Sanbalet knows the whereabouts of the party all the time and he is planning his revenge! Gnin! Hin! Hin! HIn! I just wish I could tied them up ojn a railroad track. :)
