My scanner apparently hates pink. Well, that, and scanning.
Here's a pretty basic ref for Spook. I just wanted to practice shading white for my trade with Dirty so I figured I'd kill two birds with one stone. Ignore the shirt, I got bored. The white spots can be cartoony like that or drawn in a more realistic, dapple like style. She's a mutt, so you have emphasis on whatever breed you like, but she tends to stay in the terrier/sight hound build, usually prick ears. Smooth fox terrier, bull terrier, and basenji are big influences. Tail is typically on the short side like a terrier, but if it's longer it generally curls.
Clothing is often black, red, grey or purple. Little shirt dresses, jeans and tee shirt, whateverthefuckyouwant. I wear grey skinny jeans and knee length pants/shorts a lot. Skirts and dresses are a okay. Stripes ftw. Style tends to be somewhere in the rockabilly/lazy fuck/nerd type thing. I don't know.
