It's all well and good until the pregnancy ends and you're faced with the dilemma of where the kid is going to come out xD.
I know Mpreg enthusiasts all have their own explanation of how and where the baby comes out in the end, but for those of us outside of that group have to wonder. Just a fun little idea proposed by GeckoGuy, and since Kai is a good friend and into Mpreg, I decided to use our characters ;)

Hehe..... some do wonder about that. Kind of makes me wonder about others too.
My pregnant herm fusona, main character, has a twin brother who's also pregnant, fully male, with a uterus, and he gives birth from the butt. He can also lactate. Shi gave him the ability to have kids. He's rather unique in that way due to how he can get pregnant and where the entrance to his uterus is located.
