sure,
you can either make a resin/plastic jawset from your own mold, or you may buy from one from a taxidermy site (this was a wolf jawset)
you then cut it down to the proper shape/orientation.
Mine was prepainted but not all are. you can also do additional painting for added effect.
the jawset is composed of a bottom and upper piece.
the bottom is mounted in the jaw (this is tricky, you have to make sure its square to the symmetry of the mask)
the top piece is often suspended by a block of foam above it do that is can flex and shut properly with the solid bottom jaw.
they have to again be aligned to each other so that the teeth mesh up properly.
the tongue gets glued down via E6000 onto the bottom jaw-piece, ~test the closing capability before permanently gluing it. tongues often have to be cut down/shaved down to fit in anthro masks,
