...I don't remember the whole story behind this guy, aside from him being part of a group of fighters from the future or something...and probably a Mobian, judging by the face design (hence why I'm marking him as "Sonic - Tame in the tag thing). Also, his name is Jarre, named after as musician I was listening to a the time.

Also I think he moonlighted as a male stripper when not kicking butt with his team. Heaven knows where that idea came from. Blah.
