I stayed up way too late on this as per usual. I added the lineart for the arm, horn and wing from the last post. I also threw on some basic color. I did most of the work in Paint Shop Pro. I plan to use Painter X to finish the coloring and shading. I only dabbled in Painter X briefly but like what I see so far.

Well, the pose is ok I guess. Shrinking my head sown 90% seems to help. The wings could be better but eh. I still think I look too fat. Maybe I should have used a mirror or something for reference. Too late now. *shrugs*
