A Tender Revelation (commission by Wob the Coyote)
This is a commission by
el-portador-de-luz-aztharot of my characters Candy and Bernie, who seemed to have come to a special sort of epiphany while Candy was helping out Bernie with some of his worries.
As Candy was making some breakfast for herself, she was interrupted by the phone, which she promptly picked up and answered.
"Candy, are you there?" A nervous voice inquired. Candy knew who was calling and titled her head inquisitively.
"Hello Bernie, how are you?" Candy asked softly.
"I dunno, not sure I guess," Bernie whimpered a bit, "I haven't been feeling so groovy lately and I'd like to talk with you in person."
"Sure thing Bernie," Candy said reassuringly, "Would you like some breakfast?"
"No thanks, I'm too worried to be hungry," Bernie mumbled, "I'll be over in a bit." Bernie hung up before Candy could answer. Telling by the tone in his voice she knew what was going on as something was eating him up so she sat her food aside in case she wanted to eat later. In fact Bernie came over right away so she didn't have to wait too long to see him.
"Hello Bernie," Candy gave Bernie a quick hug, "What's wrong?"
"It's...my feelings," Bernie said softly as Candy led him inside to the hallway outside the kitchen, "I don't want to hurt her but at the same time I don't think she'd fulfill some of my emotional needs."
"Silvia, right?" Candy said as she petted his head.
"Mhmms, I've been talking to just about everyone about this too - my mom, Silivia's dad, my dad, Katie, even Auburn," Bernie whimpered, "I just don't know."
"I understand," Candy softly consoled him, "You have been helping her overcome her disability but at the same time, you feel like more of a father than a soulmate."
"How did you know..." Bernie started to ask.
"Bernie, it's all over your face," Candy smiled as she started to scritch his big ears, "I don't hafta have a psychology or counselling major to tell that's what your feeling - I can tell that everytime I come over to watch Silvia." Bernie started to murr softly, "At the same time you're unsure if you're monogamous or you're more of a hippie than you think you are."
"I g-guess so," Bernie said softly, "As much as I like to share the love...I feel like I can only fully love one person."
"Aww, Bernie," Candy awwed as she kept scritching his ears, "What did your mom and Silivia's dad say to you after you asked them about this?"
"They both understood," Bernie whimpered softly, "I think they both realize that I need someone else to be a soulmate...but they both believe I should still be Silvia's lover, too." Candy smiled softly.
"I think Silvia would be happy," Candy said as she nosed his cheek, "She talks about about wanting to have at least one of your pups. She doesn't say so but I think she knows you're conflicted, too."
"But who'd be my soulmate?" Bernie asked a bit as Candy scritched his ears more.
"I think everyone would say the same thing..." Candy softly giggled as she tugged his shorts of, "You gotta figure that out for your padded self." Bernie blushed heavily as it exposed his thick white diaper with cute pups and kits on the taping panel. "So adorable, I know you're not into being a big toddler but those look perfect on you."
"More soul searching?" Bernie asked as he smirked and tugged Candy's pink shorts off, exposing her diaper, "One good pantsing deserves another...Miss Pampers-butt." Candy blushed very heavily as her thick white diaper was exposed, too. "Seems like you're rather shy about admiting your a big pup, yourself." Candy blushed and noddled as she scritched Bernie's ears.
"It isn't something I wanted anyone to know, especially since I take care of kits," Candy mumbled as she hopped about since her shorts were down around her ankles.
"It's alright Candy...I don't mind at all," Bernie stated to show a smile, "And I'm sure Silvia doesn't mind either."
"A smile...that's better," Candy said softly as she leaned in, "You're always a happy boy and I get upset when I see you sad like this. I love how brave you are, not hiding the fact you like Pampers and speak your mind...and that you're always happy as a kit."
"And I love how big of a shoulder you have, Candy," Bernie said shyly, "and how you're not afraid to give me advice even my mom doesn't know how to tell." Candy blushed and smiled as she started to hop down the hall, taking Bernie with her, till she stopped at her room, slowly opening the door.
"Aww, Bernie," Candy blushed and smiled, "I'm about to show you something that only my mom knows about...promise not to laugh at me?"
"I promise, Candy," Bernie smiled, "And if it's a nursery, I might have to invite myself for a sleepover." Candy blushed heavily as she hopped along a little further till they both accidentally tripped on some rubber tiling in her room. The room looked the same way it was when Candy was a real toddler - right down to the adorable diaper cabinet. "It's good you chose not to grow all of the way up."
"My mom could never get me to potty train," Candy sheepishly admitted, "No, I was not sick or have potty issues or anything like that...I just liked the comfort of a thick diaper...more so when I had wet it. Plus at that time we were travelling all over the place, too so there wasn't a lot of room."
"Sounds like me...save for the part that I was diapered since birth," Bernie softly giggled, "I always had a yearning to be diapered, but I only started to explore it in college. Both my folks understood it and encouraged me to explore it." Candy smiled and hugged Bernie.
"That's so you," Candy softly giggled and nuzzled his chest, "You're such an explorer and you're not afraid to do things differently. Bernie started to hug Candy back and wiggled in closely, "What's wrong?" Candy asked as she noticed Bernie shake a little and blush.
"Why do I feel...so right around you?" Bernie asked, "Feels so groovy to be nestled with you." Candy smiled tenderly and blushed - she was feeling the same way about him.
"Heard you wanted to be a professor," Candy inquired, "Following your mom's pawsteps?"
"I want to understand love more," Bernie answered, "and why it's such a confusing, conflicting maze of emotions...and why I feel like I want to be your soulmate." Bernie blushed as he kissed Candy's forehead.
"Aww...Bernie, really?" Candy asked him as she hugged him closely, "I feel so much of your love through Silvia; I kinda feel like I've been attracted to you from all the time I take care of your otter."
"You'd be okay sharing me with Silvia?"
"Mhmms, I think she thinks of me as a momma," Candy smiled softly and nuzzled his chest more, "Given time, I wouldn't be surprised I'd be calling you hubby." Bernie softly blushed as he kissed Candy again.
"Let's give it time, Cotton Candy," Bernie answered and looked into her eyes, "I didn't realize I had such a sweet treat in front of me all of this time...now how 'bout some breakfast and playtime? You made me hungry, sweetie." Candy giggled and smiled, noddling.
"Good thing I haven't ate yet, you big silly hippie kit." They both then eeped as the door creaked open and a little fox kit poked in on them, "As it looks like we have a hungry boy to feed, too."
A big thanks for an adorable commission.
