How the heck do you make these pictures so fast? I've got an entire comic series that never gets any shorter because I'm probably doing something wrong.
Do you draw these straight on the computer, or do you begin with a pencil and ink sketch?
What materials do you use?
I see the lack of shading/crosshatching and minute detail helps to increase production speed, but what else?

Honestly? There is no special trick. I'm just naturally fast, just like how some artists will take months on a picture no matter what. Detail has nothing to do with it. Especially when you consider that the inking I do on my full pictures take quite a lot of time, it isn't sloppy inking, but I still get it done faster then others.

I draw fully on the computer. I shade most of my work, so that really doesn't have anything to do with it either.
