Really nice picture. ^_^
The transition betwen head and neck behind the ears looks a bit odd, but otherwise the anatomy looks really good, as does coloring and shading.
The combination of realistic and stylized is very nice, even more so on the background than on the unicorn I think. The trees especially look very nice.
Heh, and I love the little detail of the small braids in the mane. :)
