Its finaly here I have waited 2 weeks and now it finaly here A metal model called the Phoenix Knight that some people use as Fulgrim of the Warhammer40k I'm gonna make a 1200 point army for him and use him under the space marine chapter master rules with up grades. Well, I have 1200 of my own, that I can run, but most of the guys up here run 1500's or 2000's so I borrow a few more units from my buddy. My primary 1200 is as follows though...
Base Space Marine Codex, using Vanilla Marines chapter rules for my own chapter. (I am actually writing novels, yes plural to build them too)
HQ: 2 (235pts)
Captain in Power Armor w/Power Sword, Artificer Armor, and Melta Bombs (135)
Chaplain in Power Armor (100)
Elite: 2 (335pts)
Terminator Squad w/Cyclone Missile Launcher (230)
Dreadnought (Stock Build) (105)
Troops: 2 (430pts)
10 Man Tactical Squad w/Flamer, Missile Launcher (215)
Sergeant w/Chain Sword, Melta Bombs
DT: Razorback

Land Speeder w/Multimelta, Typhoon Missile Launchers (100)

The back story for my chapter, which I am still writing is that they were separated off of the Ultra Marines (as they have the most sub chapters). They built their chapter house on one of the thirteen systems in the Mercy group (another of my creations) and from there became a fighting force. There are a couple of fun models I am still working on, but they are going to take a lot of time before they are seen here. A pair of dreadnoughts that house the first and last chapter masters before the present chapter master. The chapter, rather obviously is extremely melta/missile heavy with some flamer support.

No I didn't, I will look into that.
Awesome about the Astral Claws team. My first game in like 5 years was a 4000 point Apocalypse after moving to Alaska in 2010. Got back into it pretty heavy then. So Far I have the base designs for the 'Death Knights' Astartes Chapter, the Imperial Guards that support them, and the possibility of a Chaos Legion Astartes that is part of the initial chapter that went missing in the Warp and came back with a daemon prince leading them to war. Back in the day (up to '05 when I sold all my armies) I had collected, painted and played Marines, Eldar, Tau, Tyranids, Imperial Guard and Orks. Nyds were the last one I built. An 1850pt army to put a kid in his place who was trashing the tau and talking big about his 7 tank unbeatable army. The results were hilarious. Did you know that with Pathfinders to aim for them, you can get 9 Broadsides into a single Army? The results were of course, as you can imagine, rather funny as half his force took six Railgun shots each... The whole game (which was longways on a 4'x6' table) took 4 rounds.

I am stripping the fast paint I did on my first minis to get ready for a tourney, so it will be a while. That and work is killing my hobby time. But yeah, once I get back into it, I will be painting them up and presenting them here bit by bit. I intend to build enough to field a Battle Company, a Scout Company, and a First Company by Apoc rules, and I am thinking of getting enough extra models to actually see if I can fit a battle company and a scout company into a 4000 point build to take the Apoc game by the tail with 2 full companies of Marines on the table, start of play.
