Her name is Chingy.
She is Chinese and her cutie mark is a Hexagram from the I-Ching,
hence why her name is "Chingy."

That Hexagram means "Inner Truth."
She speaks the truth and ONLY the truth.
If someone put a gun to her head and told her to lie,
Well,
She'd die <.<

She's very bouncy as you can see here.
She has wings but is afraid of flying.
She likes to pretend she doesn't have them,
And sees them as a nuisance.
