Near the edges of the time warp.

Out near the edges of the time warp, things get a little hazy. But this is most definitely the oldest car I've gottan a shot of so far. I only saw it from behind, so I can't say exactly what year, but I'm thinking a '20's Ford Model A.

wow I'm not even a car person and I have a lot of respect for that thing to be running completely on the road, great job getting a picture of it

Yeah, the older stuff will always have a place in my heart. This one looked like it was in great shape too. I'll keep an eye out for it and see if I can catch it from the front or side next time. :)

didn't those things have an upper speed limit of 40 mph or so? How is that street legal? XD

I think they could do about 50, and even the fastest roads in the US have a minimum speed limit of 45mph. So yeah, it was street legal. I don't imagine they take it on many of the faster roads though. This one was I believe a limit of 40 or 45.

Thank you. And yeah, I love seeing the older ones out there on the road. It's so much different than seeing one cooped up in a museum or garage. Personally, I see no point in owning a car if it's never to be driven.

You are! They seem so different than the cars we have now. Especially when you see one that goes as far back as this one. I'm thinking this car is almost 100 years old and yet here it is driving along just like it did back in the 1920's. Then again, This could also be the effect of the time warp. The road it's driving on may still be in 1920. *smirks*
