Hmmm....well my advice for hands is try and use your own as an example, like if your looking for a clenched fist one like in this, try it with your own, see what it looks like from that angle if you can. But if that doesn't work, well I usually just draw the hands til they look right xD add some markings like where the joints in the fingers would be raised if the fingers curled, think of it as a ball with small rectangles coming off it, sorry if that doesn't help
