dbear and I are raffling off two commission slots to practice our workflow for a new badge commission project we'd like to offer. While we're treating these as "practice", they will be finished-quality pieces: we're only practicing efficiency... our quality is rockin'.
If you're interested in getting one for yourself: http://tinyurl.com/bv23t54
Here's a better photo that dbear took. :) So I thought it was worth showing off!

We can do full-color, but it'll be decently more expensive (due additional resources and processes involved).
At the same time though, these were designed to be flat color on transparent plastic for that "back lit" effect, and doing a full-colored vinyl sorta defeats that purpose.
We would be happy to do the full-color vinyl for someone who wanted it, but we just want you to understand the reason the standard badges are done in a flat color. :)
