Same thing. Final Fantasy Adventure is the first game in the series that Secret of Mana is a part of. Best guess is that they were nervous of a new IP starting on the Game Boy. :B

I honestly was crestfallen when I played Secret of Mana...the old Legend of Mana is still on my top 10 favorite game's list while SoM ranks near the bottom

i loved Legend of Mana because of all the lores and stories it held. was a beautiful game as well

This is why. You got the DS game compared to an old PS1 game.

LoM had a LOT more story, replayability, fun factor, and it wasn't a cheap knock off XD

There were two bosses like this.
One was named Buffy, so I presumed that specific one was a girl.

Blue bat & brown bat, not sure which was which anymore.
