I had to re-submit this picture due to some drama that arouse because of the design of this character. I want to make sure everyone knows that I DIDNT stole any design,  ryusei-lupi gave me the references of League of Leagues Wukong and asked me to give him a design based off that character, that he wanted the same dragon, the same moon on the forehead and that I could design the armor and weapon. The armor is completely my design, and even when it looks like the original please before saying I stole it, check all the details to see its different. Also, the staff is partly designed by me, I liked the dragon's head at the end and I used it, but everything else if completely done with my imagination.

And the bg is also inspired on one image he gave me, but that is because I honestly am trying to improve and I decided to base on it.

If I submitted this pic is because I believe its one of my best full shaded works and I want to have it as a fair example for anyone that might want to commission me.

This is a fair warning to everyone that looks at this pic, I HATE drama over nothing, if with my words I made people to get confused in the fact that it seemed that I charged Ryusei a new design and practically stole one, then I appologize for it. But there are far better ways to express it than to make drama on public display.
