Aaa I loved the design for changelings. Is it weird that I kind of imagined the holes as existing because they hadn't had love to feed off of?

Well as evil as she may have seemed, she was only doing it for the benefit of her kind. It is easy to look at it from the pony's perspective; but if you look at it from the changelings perspective, she was trying to be their savior.
