em's a prog rock fan, though it's never been explicitly stated in the comic. i guess you could say his musical taste actually verges a bit on the hipster end...? he does have an architecture in helsinki poster in his house. but then he also has a poster for the musical oklahoma, the movie vertigo, and the movie version of a scanner darkly...
