Alright, I'll give my two cents on this one as well.
I don't see very much shading on this. The light emitted by her glowing features would cast a greenish highlight on surrounding landmarks, and would be much brighter than any of the other shaded areas.
Even though she is in a dark room, shadows would still be visible. The only time a fire would not have shadows would be if they were illuminated from every side, or if they were in a pitch-black room, which would be useless to draw since it would be a big black box XD
One more thing, it isn't about the shading, but they way you've made her leg closest to us isn't right, anatomically speaking. Her thigh is one continuous piece of muscle, and the shape would not be broken. The thigh shape is consistent among human and animal alike (I would know since I'm highly fascinated by how the muscles and skin are contorted when the leg moves at various angles)
I hope my critique hasn't discouraged you, because this is still a nice piece of artwork. Just keep practicing, and remember that you don't get better at art overnight, but the continuous practice of a technique over time ^^
