So I'm one of the 200 or so people that still play Final Fantasy XI, and I recently got back into playing Puppetmaster, which is probably the most hated job in the game for no apparent reason (aside from maybe the steep learning curve and often-shitty robot AI).

Anyway, to celebrate collecting yet another set of artifact armor in-game (it's like... the tenth or so? I lost count), I drew it. Clothes like this are why I just make a lot of my characters naked. I left out a lot of the more robust details because I'd probably kill myself before I drew them. I also left off the wings because that just brings up a lot more questions. Title is a reference to the final artifact armor quest for Puppetmasters, since I know I'm probably the only person who knows that. I was gonna draw the robot buddy too, but it just got way too frustrating and I couldn't make it look right so I scrapped it.

Also tried something new and shaded it this time. I'm generally not that good at shading, but I need to practice, so I did.

Also, fuck backgrounds.
