I think I like Wind Shear better than my other character. I think I might make her my default FiM fan-char' from now on.

She's not as social as most ponies, she prefers to be alone and absolutely hates Cloudsdale... Whitetail Woods, or even Everfree Forest are more her kind of places. She will make friends though, she'd probably get along great with Fluttershy. She's a really good flier, but hates being asked to prove it by other Pegasus ponies... if she ever met Rainbow Dash she'd probably have a nervous breakdown. As the desc' says, her "thing" is making strong thunderstorms... or making ones other Pegasus ponies make even bigger, then playing in them. She hates cloudless days.
