How lizard-dude fits in that drawer, I don't know. He might be able to slither his way through a file cabinet. I wouldn't recommend that as a SNEAKY way to do so since it must be kind of cramped in there...

Mostly it was I realized I needed a character's name on the file at last minute and tried to think of name that would fit and be recognizable. Vlad got used as a shorthand for Count Vladimir Rustovich... so not only is it in the wrong drawer, its labeled by a nickname. No wonder Pentex needs lizardsboys crawling through their drawers to find stuff, they can't even alphabetize properly!
