Ooh...Not how I'd want mine to go. Discomfort I could take, but I'd prefer no agonizing pain. I'd like to feel stuff change and rearrange, however. That way I'd have awareness of my new parts. A "poof!" transformation would mean no pain, but I wouldn't have full awareness of my new self.
