I'm still pretty new to the actual costume creating aspect of it... but I would love to go to a steampunk convention. Silly alaska doesn't do any of that stuff though.

Bah :/ I got my BF into steampunk :D
and furries haha, but that's another story.
I went to my 1st steampunk convention in a city near me, it was truly awesome. It wasn't massive, but it was so much more popular than I'd have ever thought.

I watched some conventions on youtube and they just look amazing. The people are just sooo creative with the stuff they come up with. It's on my list of things to do before I die, lol.

That and to see Abney Park live. Hnnngggggg I would marry the lead singer's voice. <3

I was lucky and my hubby was into furries xD Right now my little brother in law is getting into them. It's spreading like a plague! Woooo!

Not really listened to them to be honest. I love Professor Elemental. I man love him. And I know him personally so that's an honour.
And I've just got into Caravan Palace, check out my most recent journal, I did a steampunkish music contest, there are some real good uploads.

I pretty much forced my BF to be a furry, he totally was but was one of those who didn't want to admit it. It's good he does now though.

Yeah it's so nice when your significant other is into it. Makes it a whole lot less awkward when you want to draw them, lol.
