Next up in the line of Classic Character Tickles is Sam from Sam & Max. xD This is my first ever attempt at drawing him. Was originally going to make him shirtless but decided not to since I never get much practice drawing clothes. xP Strapped to the table securely, poor Sam is introduced to the same tickle feathers Spyro and Wile E. have been exposed to. Hey, he was just asking for it, in my opinion. This is what happens when you decide to walk around without shoes... xDDD
