1 lbs shrimp
2 tbs butter
1/4 cup dry white wine (I used a sauvignon blanc)
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
2-3 cloves of garlic
pinch of salt
pinch of pepper
Add butter to a pan and melt over a medium heat. Add in garlic (make sure you chopped up the cloves) and brown for about 1 minute. Add shrimp and cook until it's pink which takes about 2-3 minutes. Then add the lemon juice and wine. Add your salt and pepper as well then let it come to a simmer and let it simmer for about 45 seconds. Turn the heat down to low and add in the parsley. Stir in the parsley for about 30 seconds then you are ready to serve.
