So, let me see if I've got this straight...
Lugia is being raspberried by a Scyther and having his foot tickled by a Flygon's tail, where Shiki is between the toes of the foot being tickled. Meanwhile, Lugia has also managed to swallow what appears to be DoggyDog. On Shiki's tail, there are two micros, a Pichu on the white section of the tail and what appears to be Charem (or a Totodile, I don't know) on the black end. And if THAT wasn't enough micro layering goodness, Mew is happily giggling between Shiki's toes which are still planted against the sides of Lugia's toes.
...You deserve a medal. :3
