Day in, day out. Sunrise to sunset. Go to work, bust our ass, get off work, relax and repeat as necessary. This is the life of a Boatswain's Mate (or Deck Seaman) in the US Navy
So, this one is another Navy picture, however, you notice the colors and the sunset more than anything. Let me break it down for you...
The sunset is nice, yes. Out in the water is the Chesapeake Bay. On the right is the pier, the left is the aircraft carrier CVN-77 USS George H. W. Bush (my ship) and you have the mooring lines running from the ship to the pier to keep it in place. You can also see the anchor and the line for the water. Then you have this black object in the water, center left. That's the punt boat with 3 of my shipmates in it, coming back in from painting the side of the ship, and just behind it is a barge with a JLG, used for getting up in higher up spots
