Great Lakes Central GP35s #389 and 391 sit on the sanding tracks on a beautiful summer Sunday evening in the yard at Owosso, Michigan. These rare, former Ann Arbor Railroad units ride on trucks from the AA's FA-type ALCo diesels. Taken in 2010- hard to believe that was two years ago.

ya, here in wheeling I have heard ghost trains ,thoo the rails are silent and rusted the phantom memory lingers.the B&O still runs

ye it is cool last time I heard it it was in an area where the tracks aree gone.It was a steam loco you here the whistle and somettimess the train on the tracks

I watch their morning train to Toledo (And the evening return train) every day from my office in Ann Arbor. 730AM and 6PM respectfully, roughly around then, anyway.
