Well, I didn't get in my suit until I was in the park already and I got enough pictures and hiked to enough places I wanted to that time allowed. However, while somewhat close to the road going towards a trail in fursuit, a park ranger drove by slowly, smiled and waved. I waved back. ;) I am pretty sure it isn't illegal to wear a fursuit in a state park.
From Salt Lake City, UT, it was quite a drive (4+ hours each way). I was only able to spend about 3 hours there before it got dark, so I made sure to hike quickly to see most of what I wanted to see. I definitely want to go back and it was totally worth it. I just hope someone else would like to come along so I have someone to enjoy it with.
