It's simply a shaded sketch - I just let myself relax while painting things I really enjoy!
While reading the Macbeth, I got inspired by Lady Macbeth's words in... Act II, if I remember right... The rush was about acting like a vile snake hiding within a flower's delicacy...
Anyway, I messed up the shading totally! I wanted to make it dull, but ... it came out really... well... let's say it needs pimpage :P But again, I've done this pic just to relax.

And also... I really LOVE this concept! I'd get a tattoo like this for sure :D
