This was foam head number five before I was happy. Two lessons here - One, i origionally started cutting individual foam bits and sticking them together. This sucked. I then decided to carve from a single block, which meant the curves of the nose and eye were all more natural. I like it a lot more!

Lesson two - I also spent a lot longer planning this. I did front top side views and kept retracing on as I cut. I got the dimensions by measuring proportions from a picture of another suit I like online, and then altering them to both my size, and my taste. Worked better then I thought it would.

Foaming isnt the hardest step, but its definitely the most critical.
