Just a few old pics I gathered of my girl Pepsi :) She is seriously the best when it all comes down to it. She is a big dog in a little dog's body. Bold, courageous, loud, hearty, loving, sweet, tender and compact :) Anyone who doesn't know about this slightly overlooked breed should really look into it :) They really are the perfect dogs. The only characteristic I think could be complained about is the loudness. The can be very loud when excited, much like an alarm system :) They are ranked #6 on the chart of smart dogs, yet they are small and manageable size for even apartment living :)
I love my little girl so much, she is like a child to me. It was cool to look through pictures and see all the adventures she and I have shared over the last 3 years~! Heres to many more years with my awesome girl!

We had one of these named rusty for prolly 6 years. we got him when he was older but he still had abit of energy left in him. and as you said.. LOUD. he was very very very loud and went nuts at any indication of people about to enter or exit the house. And he was spoiled and stubbern. would rather starv himself than eat dogfood unless you dribbled some leftover cooking grease on it.
He was absolutely lovely though and got along with all of the cats we'd had while he was alive. used to play wrestle with my cat boots befor boots ran away.

I think they are wonderful dogs but I've seen way too many people buy them for that reason, than now have the money for them. They need constant grooming. I've seen way too many come in matted to the skin (which causes yeast infections, rashes, itching, and frankly weighs down the dog). I think all dogs are good pets, but that could be a negative if you don't have the money.
