And BAM first real tablet coiloured pic!
And let me tell you I LOVE how it turned out, I wanted to colour this image so bad, but since I am anal about backgrounds, I scrapped it and made this my test image for trying out various things with the tablet and digital colouring in general.
Even though I couldn't figure out a feasible way to make her mane translucent, I think it looks very pretty and shiny like this too. 8D The bordwer I just threw together to make the image seem more unified.
It's given me a bit of confidence in digital colouring to see this image end up looking as good as it did. 8D I hope you guys also enjoy it.

How the heck did I miss this one?
To say it simply, Luna looks magnificently regal in this, despite the proud demeanor emanted by the pose of her head, I could still see a twinkle of her unease, like this is occuring when she's well on her way to recovery.
Also dig the shoes/gauntlets. Silver and dark blue always go together.
