I made a cake a few weeks ago. triple chocolate raspberry cake.
the cake itself was devils food with dark chocolate chips baked in. it was 5 layers, 2 filled with chocolate ganache an 2 with raspberry jam. the icing was raspberry butter cream and the sides were covered in chocolate shavings and it was topped with fresh raspberries
