Irrationality is subjective. Insanity is expecting the world around you to change without your input. I speak out when I understand things have gone wrong--I only ask that people understand me in return.

Seeing as I've had you on IM and have chatted with you for well over a year, I thought we'd be more on the same page. While I agree that doing that to just any customer would be an out-of-place action, we have talked for a while and the tone of the conversation was playful and testing(where you challenged me to take action by saying "you're weak"). Sorry I assumed we were on a friendlier level than the average customer-to-artist relationship.
