WIP/approval sketch for risingtempest.
AGH I LOVE THIS CHARACTER.
I decided to add a little background... thing... to make it look more polished. Do like.
Also, I made him a little scruffy for character effect. The sniper rifle is the M29 Incisor from Mass Effect. <3 That is a smooth looking gun, love it~
