Who got bitten?

I decided to leave it up to interpretation. Although now that I've slept on it and read it again, I could've added another stanza or two to add in another element that I now realize the piece is lacking. Ah well, It gives me a reason to be a bit more aware of things and take them into better consideration. Thanks for indirectly helping me figure that out and apologies for the late reply.
