This is one thing I will start doing: Using free versions of stock images of people/animals and gesture drawing what I see rather than what I know.
Here, I have used two images of men tensing their arms - one face-on, and one from an angle. I am quite pleased with how the fella on the left came out... not so much Mr.Right though. I messed up on the right one's chest and other arm... but his face looks really characterful I feel. This was a 15 minute exercise.
Bullhead for the lulz.

Since you're practicing your art, hope you don't mind if I point out a few things:
The guy on the left has his eye positioned off to the left, and the head isn't angled down enough.
The guy on the right has his shoulder drawn too small, and his nose is too rounded and small.
The positions look good though, so it's a nice start. Well done, sir.

Since you asked, it looks like the guy on the left has his torso shifted more to the right than it is in the photo. Plus, his arm is slightly smaller compared to pic, and the arm should be more straight than bent.
For the guy on the right, his left bicep (the one not flexed) shouldn't look squashed against his chest; it should slightly overlap it.
