It seems there’s an awful lot of otherwise badass pokemon that are kind of chunky in the official art. I’ve already made fun of Charizard for this, and Salamence is another offender. But Nidoking is the only one who has actual moobs.

I was indifferent to Nidoking as a child, but it’s really grown on me since my Moemon run. MR. NIDO has been incredibly useful and a heavy lifter on my team.
