While I did love the reference sheet I had of Mana before this one, I was never quite happy with her shape. So I got in touch with the ever patient 
and got a proper one done of her, this time with a softer feel to her curves and less shinny-ness to her.
I have always seen mana as having more of a cow hide skin texture, rather than a shinny shark skin texture. So slightly shinny, but with more fuzz to it.
Anyho, I quite love her improved shape since I feel like I can relate with her more. Is a fursona not supposed to represent you in some way? I am not the smallest person, so neither should my fursona be.

As I said on the artist's post, I really love how she turned out in this ref! I think her overall build is perfect, and that along with the style really suits the character. The little patches of fuzz are an awesome touch too. All of the details in the ref come together to make one of the best representations of Mana I've seen!
