:P I envy you. Mine's mild steel, a full surcoat that goes to the knees and has arm sleeves, and weighs like 65.
And it rusts like you wouldn't believe if it gets left out. Gotta keep it in a hefty contractor bag after I oil it to keep it from leaving rust marks all over my gambeson. xD

ah i did not know that XD. i have a few of trl's milled steel and stainless, i did not notice much of a deference. not the stainless clad aluminum. but if stronger thats good to know XD id just be sad if mine rusted alot X.X
trl's titanium scales might not be vary strong. id test them before buying alot. the page says there grade 2, where the rings are grade 5 not too sure on the specifics tho X3

They tend to shatter rather than bend is their only issue. They're a titanium-steel mix that heavily favored the Titanium. I've made a set of bracers from them before. They were amazingly light but I took rattan to the arm and one of them cracked. Titanium's not a flexible metal by any means.
It's a long term project. I'll be completing my bronze suit long before my titanium one. Titanium's mostly for zombie apocalypse anyways.
Weight's not so much an issue. I have extremely wide shoulders and a home-made heavy leather belt designed to hold up armor like chain/scale. I might be willing to try a collab with you some day though. Might be fun.
