This is Kael'Drin, and his "pet" Vael, Faze. Faze became his pet when the young creature was caught in one of Saerin's teleportation spells, turning the little guy into a Teleport Vael.

It seems to grow fond of the two, and Kael actually liked him, showing a bit more emotion than most people were used to seeing, almost as much as he shows around Saerin. Kael named it Faze, since it can teleport on it's own now, and never gets lost. Saerin thinks it'll do her friend good to keep the little guy.



Art-wise, I'd say this came out good... First time I've done two people/characters interacting with each other, and I like how it came out. I actually made one of my classmates make the "Oh that's so cute!" squeal :XD:
