One does not need to have a degree in a thing to understand a thing. I have been collecting and appreciation furry art for the last 7 years, I know what sucks and what doesn't. I know how an artist can improve, I know anatomy and understand the importance of spatial relations between charters, background and foreground, the importance of a proper color pallet and that style can sometimes account for a lack in ether field.

As for my writing, I have never claimed to be anything more then an armature and it is to me, as it ever was, just a hobby, something to do to pass the time. Most visual artists however make use of there art to generate income and thus need to improve upon a product in order for it to be marketable. Companies get fined and penalized for an inferior product, so why should an artist selling their art be any different?

As for the grammar thing, there is a reason I get people to proof read my shit, as long as something is spelled right, I usually forget to make sure it is the correct word, if I was trying to sell my comments then you would have a reason to bitch, as it is, you don't 8P

And that is, people's art does not have to "match" to your preferences. Neither, Pinkie is in the stomach. The tail that looks like it's coming from Pinkie is actually Fluttershy's. PInkie's tail is slightly darker, and MUCH curlier and poofier.
