The Cyrillic letter N looks like an H, and Cyrillic doesn't have a letter that looks like an N, so I have no idea what alphabet this is written in....

Hmm, NAИTETA... A Russian name is my first thought. I wonder if he's pronouncing the И correctly or just saying it like an N.
Mobius loop... something will apparently go on forever, I guess. The loop is filled in with something, possibly jewels or gonads. One thing is dark, one's light, possibly like a yin-yang. Assuming it has magical powers, I'd guess they're going to merge. Assuming no magic, it's some queen's pin.
