Well... it looks like his eyelids are half closed. So it kinda looks like he's been smoking a bit before you drew him. :P

well, after staring at it for a while, I think I see what you might be pointing out... so as possible clear up, I just drew his eyes bigger than the norm so he's look younger/cuter and I'm thinking it's the upper whites of his eyes that you're mistaking for closed eyelids... ^.^;; maybe?

They are Sonic characters, but they don't fall into the No Hedgehogs or Echidnas rule... so I guess it could happen XD

They were only in like... ONE game XD so that's not surprising... though, wait, Mighty was in Knuckles Chaotix as well, so I guess that's two for him(and why I'm pissed he got left out of the "current" Team Chaotix XP)

They've both been featured a pretty decent amount in recent Archie Sonic Comics too, though they don't really do a lot. Background characters for the most part... Xp
