Hmm it has been such a long time since I did it. There was a text file where you could copy the description of a faction and then paste it in at the end, and it would become a new faction and then you'd just edit everything... and you do the same for all the art files (copy them and then edit; I think the names of the art files are defined in the little paragraph? hrm I don't even have alpha centauri on this computer!)
Nope. That's not how Greek works (it's also not how Latin works).
Like a person or thing from Sparta is "spartan," not "sparti." So a pony or federation or whatever from a place called Pegasos (Greek, not Latin) is either "pegasan" or "pegasian." I think. Not 100% sure which, but "pegasan" sounds better.

I dislike this faction myself. I play best when I have lots of toys(Tech), and can field a small, but powerful army. While not as bad as believers, these ones really aren't that much fun to me. Mind, they're also the only really evil faction in the game's backstory, considering Santiago tried to coup and take over the ship before they got to Alpha.
It's a play style thing, like I said. I prefer the Techies to the Waries in games like this, but to each his own. Mind, if you don't randomize personalities, she seems to always be the first one to go to war with me(Unless I meet Yang early, and only have two or three bases, then he'll go to war with me because I'm weak)
