Initially this commission gave me issues - the sketchbook owner is slowly filling Faithry's large sketchbook with portraits of the exceptionally original character, a noblewoman swan.. There were about four other sketches already in the book, all of varying style and temperment - and when reading the description, I got the impression of a very volatile, somewhat spoiled bitch. X3

So I started drawing her in a quite intimidating pose, of the sort you see when a swan is defending their nest aggressively. I had to turn back often to the other sketches for reference, and didn't get too far with the first start.

So I erased the whole page to Faithry's shock... X3 .. and started on this one. I'd have to say it's one of the most satisfying works from the con.... :3
